You ARE stronger than you were yesterday and&nbsp; You ARE stronger than you realize! ⬇️ Yes, you were hurt. It happened.&nbsp; That toxic relationship is over because you were blindsided in some way and you have finally seen the truth. You know it now. There’s no denying it or explaining it away anymore.&nbsp; ⬇️ We all meditate. Every single one of us.&nbsp; When you are so completely focused on something, you are in a trance state.&nbsp; What are you focused on? (I know it used to be all the toxicity of that relationship that was going nowhere.) What now though? What are you focused on now? This person, who IS PUNISHING YOU, and is playing mind games with you and with your heart, IS NOT YOUR SOUL MATE!&nbsp; This person is not “your love.” This person IS TOYING WITH YOU.&nbsp;💥Watch: can the person turn on and off love feelings easily? Cast you aside easily? Can the person exclude you without a care for your feelings? Does the person make FUN OF YOUR FEELINGS? They know it.&nbsp; They use your priorities, as well as your fears, to their advantage to put you in their control. This is called leveraging what they know about you to skew it against you to their advantage.&nbsp; Sales people do this too. We expect that though.&nbsp; We do not expect someone we love, care about, or respect to do that to us.&nbsp; Hint: Healthy people do not do that to you. Toxic people DO! Listen to their language and listen to your intuition at the same time. Your intuition is telling you what is happening.&nbsp; Your intuition is giving you the warning signal and the alert. Listen to it!Okay, so one of the biggest manipulations is to withhold affection.&nbsp; That is so abusive! That is so mean! That is such a mind game! This is not: You’re in a disagreement. You need to take a breath, take a break — yes that’s healthy and normal.&nbsp; Ghosting, withholding of affection, removal of something you desire to put you in your place in order to control you.&nbsp;When you feel that “desperate” feeling, RED FLAG! Get out now!&nbsp; When you feel that “lonely” or “all alone” feeling, realize WHY! Realize that it has been imbedded in you by the toxic monster.&nbsp; When you feel that feeling, thst is actually an alert to WORK ON YOURSELF!&nbsp; That toxic jerk has actually given you a gift! It is the gift of REALIZATION who that jerk is! It is the gift of GOODBYE!&nbsp;Do not look back at the toxic jerk who hurts you….especially when they come calling. (And they will.)
